The ticketing system is important. For several reasons:

• Tickets help us plan more accurately for our venues and manage details of seating capacity. We have multiple venues, that sell out and it helps us manage expectations and plan accordingly
• Tickets help us gather contact information for those attending to broaden our base of supporters. Before the tickets, we only marketed to and spoke with our current singers.
• We have added thousands of people to our database since 2021 which has translated to new supporters and new singers!
• It helps us to report concert attendance accurately for grants and contracts, which is imperative
• When a patron goes through the process of reserving a seat there is accountability to attending and a reminder of all the pertinent information and assigns value to our hard work and excellent concerts
