Join us for a magical trip to Orlando, Florida for an amazing singing experience and visit the most magical place on earth. This camp will take Encore singers to bright and sunny Florida for five days of music, friendship, and fun. In addition to a day at Disney World, you’ll explore Disney and Broadway hits through the ages and harmonize with Encore singers from across the nation, with an informal performance in the hotel ballroom.
Our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Disney Springs, is just minutes away from Orlando’s premiere shopping and dining destination, Disney Springs. The harmony of Encore music, combined with the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort, is sure to bring a smile to your face!
Location Details
The Holiday Inn Disney Springs, an official hotel of the Walt Disney World Resort, is conveniently located within the Disney Resort area and is minutes away from Disney Springs, where myriad dining and shopping options await. The hotel also offers shuttles to Disney theme parks.
Materials
You will receive hard copies of your music when you first arrive at the retreat when you check in. Digital versions of materials (score PDFs and rehearsal tracks) will be available online to practice 30 days before the start of camp. There are no CDs provided for this retreat.
Costs and Rates
Prices cover activities, daily breakfast and lunch, and a welcome reception dinner. If you’ve placed a $200 deposit through our registration page, you’ll receive a coupon code to deduct this amount at checkout. Note: the ticket initially shows the full cost; the deposit will be subtracted at the final payment step. All rooms feature 2 queen beds, with the same cost per person for single or double occupancy. Final payment due June 1, 2025.
Online credit card payments are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee. You may also choose to pay via check without the credit card fee; mail check to Encore’s address. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation on or before May 20, 2025: Full refund
- Cancellation from May 21-June 20, 2025: 50% refund
- Cancellation on or after June 21, 2025: No refund
