The Encore family will visit Omni Bedford Springs Resort for a weekend retreat full of relaxation and music! We will rehearse throughout the retreat to prepare for a casual performance in the hotel’s beautiful accommodations for all to attend. The Omni Bedford, nestled in the Alleghany Mountains of Pennsylvania, will be the backdrop for our weekend of song. Alongside rehearsals and vocal workshops, a sample of activities may include a scavenger hunt on the Omni Bedford Springs grounds and an Encore day trip to the town of Bedford.
Spouses, families, and guests are warmly welcomed to join us for a weekend of relaxation at Omni Bedford Springs Resort!

Cost and Rates
- Single: $970 per person
- Double: $675 per person
- Bus Ticket: $275 round trip, $137.50 one-way from Silver Spring, MD or Falls Church, VA
Refund Policy
- Cancellation before December 4, 2023: full refund minus $50 admin fee
- Cancellation from December 5, 2023 – January 1, 2024: 50% refund minus $50 admin fee
- Cancellation on or after January 2, 2024: No refund
