Whether you sing every day or whether you’ve never sung before, Encore welcomes you to sing an exciting repertoire of music.
Encore Creativity for Older Adults ensembles are non-auditioned choral ensembles for adults 55+. Meet new friends, connect through song, and improve your health with New York City ROCKS this fall! Encore ROCKS singers rehearse choral arrangements of rock ‘n’ roll hits from the 50s, 60s, and beyond, with a sprinkling of modern hits.
Encore programs rehearse for 15 weeks in 90-minute rehearsal sessions. You’ll be guided through an exciting and fun selection of choral arrangements of rock ‘n’ roll hits by local New York City artist and musician Chris Urquiaga.

The first rehearsal is free and open to attend! No experience with singing or music required.
Tuition for the full season is $190 and includes all materials. Scholarships (up to 100%) are available for singers needing financial assistance.
