Goodwin House Baileys

GHBC-MapEstablished in 2001 as one of the original "Senior Singers Chorales."

Participation is limited to Goodwin House residents.

Chorale rehearses Fridays at 1:00 P.M under the direction of  Jeffrey Dokken and new Encore conductor, Brian Gendron.  Chorale Master is Mandy Whalen. Join us in September 2017!  First rehearsal is Friday, September 8, 2017. Please contact Mandy Whalen onsite at Goodwin House to register in advance of the first rehearsal, or just come to the first rehearsal and join at that time. We welcome new singers!

VIDEO: Virginia Encore Chorales at Falls Church, May 19, 2017

The Goodwin House Bailey's Crossroads, Alexandria, Langston Brown Community Center and Potomac Academy of George Mason University Encore Chorales performed a concert at The Falls Church, Falls Church, VA on May 19, 2017.  Encore's Founder and Artistic Director Jeanne Kelly conducted, along with Associate Artistic Director Jeffrey Dokken. David Lang, Conductor of the Encore Chorale of Reston, was the accompanist.
